Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
• Keep your password and API keys secret; you are responsible for activity under your account and keys.
• Tell us right away about any unauthorized use.

You keep ownership of the content you add (text, photos, services, prices, client records). You give us permission to host, display and process it only to run the Service for you. You confirm you have the rights to the photos and text you upload, and that you collect and use your clients' information lawfully, including getting any consent required to text them.

• Only text people who contacted your shop or booked with you; do not send marketing or bulk messages through the Service.
• Follow the texting rules that apply to you (for example the TCPA and carrier rules). STOP and START requests are honored automatically and you must not work around them.
• The AI receptionist can make mistakes. It only books times your calendar shows as free, but you are responsible for your shop's prices, policies and appointments. Review conversations and use Pause or Emergency stop if anything looks wrong.
• Texting providers (Quo, your own Android phone) are separate services with their own terms and fees.

Do not use the Service to break the law, send spam, impersonate others, upload malware, scrape or overload the Service, try to access other shops' data, or publish content that is illegal, hateful or infringes others' rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that do.

Free addresses (yourshop.mysalonweb.com) belong to MySalonWeb and are provided while your account is active. A domain you buy through MySalonWeb is registered for your shop at the yearly price shown when you buy it, which renews automatically at that same price until you cancel; if you cancel or payment fails, the domain is not renewed and expires at the end of its term. A domain you connect yourself stays with your registrar and you renew it there.

Parts of the Service may be free and parts paid. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. We will tell you before any change that affects what you pay.

We work to keep the Service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we stop the Service entirely we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time (support@mysalonweb.com). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk. After closure we delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, MySalonWeb is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, revenue, data or bookings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if greater.

You agree to cover claims brought against us arising from your content, your messages to clients or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify shop owners in advance. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
